A German company specializing in pharma consulting, SOPs, and digital solutions. They needed a robust online presence to better engage their target audience and strengthen their market position.

Pharmuni online platform showcasing digital courses and resources on a sleek laptop screen. The platform offers various courses such as storage and shipping for batch management, release phase for batch management, and quality assurance specialist training. Online learning, digital marketing, SEO-optimized content, and engagement boosting.

Process

Research: Conducted extensive market and competitor analysis to identify key opportunities and pain points.

Planning: Developed a strategic digital marketing plan outlining objectives for SEO, PPC, email marketing, and content strategy.

Execution: Redesigned the website, created targeted email campaigns, launched Google Ads, produced videos, managed LinkedIn content, and developed lead generation reports. Continuous monitoring and analysis of KPIs were done to optimize campaigns.

The integrated marketing approach included:
